Information about 17Capital:

The purpose of this site is to inform visitors as to the business and activities of 17 Capital LLP (“17Capital”) and the experience of 17Capital’s partners and staff. 17Capital is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). The firm acts as an investment manager and advisor to a number of funds in the venture capital sector, and its business is primarily associated with secondary investment transactions.

Please note, however, that this site is not intended to constitute a financial promotion for the purposes of Section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”), nor as a solicitation to subscribe for or participate in any investments, and nor should any information contained within this site be construed as investment advice. Please also note that 17Capital will not regard any user of this site as its client for any purpose associated with FSMA and will not owe any duties to any such user in accordance with the provisions of the FCA Rules that regulate the relationship between an authorised investment firm and its clients.

Pillar 3 Disclosure

In the United Kingdom, the Capital Requirements Directive (‘CRD’) has been implemented by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) in its regulations through the General Prudential Sourcebook (‘GENPRU’) and the Prudential Sourcebook for Banks, Building Societies and Investment Firms (‘BIPRU’).
